So, you've made your list of top customers, you've got the idea that it's easier to attract specific clients than to try and be everything to everyone - and you're solidly convinced that this is a great idea. Now, you get second guessing! Remember, if your best customers are 19 to 30 year old females and they each happen to be really great customers - then it stands to reason that you'll keep more like this type of customer and create new best customers of these people.
