 I have been part of Northern Canada's leading fishing and hunting operation for 25 years. My brother-in -law sits on the board of one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. We know talent when we see it. Kevin Palmer and his ideas, in one short year, raised the bar so high for the other provincial tourism agencies that it will take them years to catch up to Manitoba. He quickly grasped the many idiosyncrasies of our industry and laid a foundation for success that will pay off for many years to come.
